Refund Policy
Terms applicable to digital product purchases

1. Digital Product Policy
jekcms is a digital software product. Upon purchase completion, your license key is generated, software access is activated, and delivery is considered complete.
Due to the nature of digital software products:
- Instant delivery: Your license key is emailed and admin panel is activated the moment payment is confirmed.
- Non-reversible access: Once software is downloaded or access has been granted, a "return" is technically inapplicable — just like opened software boxes not being returnable.
- License activation: After purchase, the license is tied to your system; this binding cannot be removed.
Therefore, refunds are not issued for jekcms purchases under standard conditions.
2. Purchase Confirmation
By completing a purchase, you confirm acceptance of the following terms.
- You confirm you have read and understood all product descriptions, feature lists, and system requirements on the checkout page.
- You confirm that jekcms requires a PHP + MySQL environment and that you have a compatible hosting service.
- You confirm that the license scope shown at checkout (single site, multi-site, etc.) matches the plan you are purchasing.
- If you have questions before purchasing, you can reach us via our contact form or live chat.
3. Technical Issues
If you encounter a technical issue during installation or use, the primary solution is initiating a technical support process — not a refund.
Our technical support process works as follows:
- Contact us: Report the issue via our contact form. Include server details, error messages, and screenshots.
- Response time: We respond within 24 hours on business days.
- Remote support: If needed, a team member will guide you step-by-step to resolve the issue.
- Documentation: Our documentation covers installation steps, common issues, and troubleshooting guides.
Most issues stem from hosting configuration, PHP version, or database settings and can be resolved within minutes with technical support.
4. Exceptional Cases
A review may be initiated if all of the following exceptional conditions apply simultaneously.
- Duplicate payment: If payment was made twice for the same order (system error or accidental double-click), the excess charge is refunded.
- Technical access failure: If no license access could be established within 48 hours of purchase and technical support could not resolve it in that period, the case is reviewed.
- Misrepresented product: If the purchased product clearly contradicts the features described on the sales page, the case is reviewed.
For exceptional case reviews, a written application must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
